I'm changing this blog from a teaching blog (when I hadn't posted in 2 1/2 years) to a cooking blog. I certainly have no aspirations for a cookbook or anything big at all. I'm just having fun!

and what is it that you're doing on Spring Break that makes you more excited than your students? Or are you just going to do nothing for a week ... sometimes that's a blast.
